We hope to award $75,000 in grants in 2025 through The Deborah Ann Angel Fund with the average grant award between $5,000 and $10,000. We have raised $35,000 and are accepting donations. Your donation is tax deductible through our partner, The Four Rivers Community Foundation, a 501c(3).
Make the check payable to Four Rivers Community Corporation. Add “Deborah Ann Angel Fund” to the memo line. Mail checks to Four Rivers Community Corporation, 802 Chenowith Loop Road, The Dalles, OR 97058.

Women Leaders in Our Community
Sponsoring the Beset’s Women’s Leadership Conference supports women leaders to grow their organization and expand the impact of their work in our community. At Beset, nothing brings us more joy than collaborating with those who want to direct their resources (of all kinds) toward creating an equity within our society.
We are thrilled to be growing our leadership council this year to include women from our entire local region, including Portland and SW Washington. Your contribution as a Buttercup Sponsor goes directly towards the cost of a speaker’s honorarium fee. Our speakers are offering multiple sessions during the conference.
Once we hit our target of scholarships and speaker honorariums we will apply any additional sponsorship is applied directly to buy down the cost of the conference ticket.
