Dr. Gerbi isn’t just continuing her hands-on practice—she’s expanding. In the coming months and years, Gorge Lactation & Wellness will grow its capacity to serve even more families. She is responding to our community's growing needs by increasing access to lactation care—becoming an in-network provider with most major local insurance providers as well as Medicaid.

We will be fundraising for a grant at this event to support her in her determination to reach women beyond our community and share her two decades of experience working with postpartum women by launching a podcast, Redefining Postpartum. Dr. Gerbi’s podcast tackles the unexpected challenges of postpartum—a time when mothers have the most questions and need the most support, yet often receive the least. Through actionable solutions and advocacy insights, she aims to shift the narrative, empowering women to navigate this critical stage with confidence and clarity.

This interactive workshop with Maren Reed will challenge common leadership misconceptions and offer practical strategies for creating alignment, setting clear expectations, and delegating effectively, helping your business and teams thrive.
