Columbia Gorge Chapter
Our collectives are designed to establish a deep trust among members who are united by a shared focus or area of growth. Members of each collective will be supported on many levels - through embodiment practices, specialized content sharing, access to a broader network of resources and facilitated peer council.
Over the course of the year, members can expect to evolve their leadership and deepen their understanding of the focused topic for their collective. The People Leadership Collective will explore all facets of leading and managing people from hiring your first employee to having hard conversations to effective delegation. The Prosper with Purpose Collective will support one another in testing strategies and ideas for evolving your organization in ways that provide more financial stability and profitability so you can go from surviving to thriving.

Joining our collective of wholehearted leaders
We welcome all woman-identifying applicants who are open to peer advising, who can uphold our confidentiality agreements, and who meet the following criteria:
A business owner with:
at least 3 years of operation;
at least one employee or several 1099 contractors; and,
are key in financial strategy and decisions.
OR
Senior leader within an organization with:
at least 3 years of operation;
manage at least one employee; and,
are key in financial strategy and decisions.
We welcome non-profit leaders and people who have met the above criteria recently, but have sold or transitioned the business and are on to the next entrepreneurial endeavor. More than anything, we want to create a dynamic peer group where we can learn from each other.
We encourage you to apply even if you aren’t sure you qualify. We will work through the details together.
6-8 spots are open in each collective for our 2025 program, please apply if you are interested. The deadline to fill out this interest form is January 31, 2025.

Schedule a informational interview. This is an opportunity to learn more and assess if it is right for you at this time. During this interview, we’ll confirm your ability to uphold our confidentiality agreements and openness to peer advising and feedback. We’ll also talk through any potential conflicts of interest. Most importantly we will hear about your goals and needs.
Express your commitment to the program including alignment to our agreements.
